General Principles
Quality management should be benchmarked on Industry best practices and because no one company can be an expert in all relevant disciplines that are needed in a training organisation, it is our policy to outsource certain professional functions.

Our financial policy and controls are in alignment with best practices and every subsidiary as well as the group as a whole has the benefit of monthly financial statements with detail information on each and every income and expense item. The company is profitable and growth can be financed internally.

Educational Quality Management
We have formed an Education Quality Committee, which consists of our internal personnel, and two external expert advisors. This committee consist of two of the owners and three trainers.

The function of this committee is to decide on the educational policies and procedures as to align them with best practices in the industry and to see to it that our students and customers are assured of quality education and training and have recourse to reliable problem solving mechanisms.

Central Business Academy will therefore use these alliances to ensure that our QMS is aligned to best practices. The committee will also meet regularly on a bi-monthly basis or whenever its input is needed.

CBA is now also active in Learnership training for various Setas and also work in conjunction with other providers to service the needs of commerce and industry.
